My Insta Life Part 5

If you are still with me, I am so grateful that you have made it this far.

My life was a real mess and I was a desperately lonely child just wanting to be loved and accepted as my slightly overweight, awkward self and I never felt I was.

I guess the question you may well ask at this juncture is “If you lived a life of lies, how can we know that all of this is not a lie?”    Very good question.   I can only write my story now because I have faced the fact that I was a pathological liar and have been successfully treated.

So why tell it?  Everyone has a story, what makes my story so different?

Well my story may not be different to yours or any other persons.   The difference is that I am telling my story.   I am putting it out there in the hope that if any part of it resonates with just one person it may help them to recognize it and stop before it is impossible to do so.

It is so important to me for you to understand that no matter what words have been spoken over you, you are amazing and unique and capable of achieving whatever you set your mind to.

If you can stay with me on the journey you will see how my journey to healing and freedom came about.

In some of the following posts I am going to share some pretty raw incidents and if I feel that these may trigger a memory in my readers, I will simply pop the word “Trigger” alongside the title, that way you may choose to not read or at least be aware it may happen.  (I choose my words carefully)
